Facebook Was Shut Off in China Today
well it wasn’t really censorship per se… Jintao just wanted zuckerberg to tell him who wrote that he was a total hottie in his honesty box. He was also upset about Taiwan classifying its relationship to the mainland as “it’s complicated.” at least that’s a billion less people to ask me to fight vampires and throw sheep at me…They could have remained on if they had played by China’s rules and allowed the government to censor their content. But unlike Google and Yahoo and everybody else, Mark Zuckerberg refused to play by their rules and told them to go fuck themselves.
Hats off to you, Mark.
